Physician Bios
Dr. Jennifer Feldmann, Director
Dr. Feldmann is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed a pediatric residency followed by a fellowship in Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine.
Prior to serving as the Director of Student Health Services at Rice, Dr. Feldmann was an attending physician at the University of Texas Health Science Center and Hermann Hospital, as well as at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children's Hospital. She was also the founder of the Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine Program at Legacy Community Health, Texas's largest Federally Qualified Health Center.
Dr. Kelly Castro
Dr. Castro is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. She attended UTMB Medical School. She completed her residency and served as Chief Resident at the Memorial Southwest Family Medicine program. She worked in private practice for many years before joining Rice University in 2017. She is board certified in Family Medicine (recertified 2017).
Dr. Jennifer Trotter
Dr. Trotter is a graduate of Trinity University and Texas Tech University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at The Floating Hospital for Children at the New England Medical Center. She worked in private practice for 20 years before joining Rice University in 2022. She is board certified in Pediatrics (recertified 2012). She also served as the Jones College Magister for 5 years.
